Great weekend in the Lake District, lots of sunshine, brilliant views but abit cold, On the Friday a few of us walked up Dow Crag but visibilty wasn’t good, Saturday some experts went with ice axes and crampons looking for ice gulleys to climb while others took an easier walk around Harter Fell then on to the Fort on Hardnot Pass and returned by Wallacrag. Sundays walk went up Walna Scar Road then along the ridge to The Caw. We all enjoyed a delicious meal Saturday night provided by members.
